US Foreign Bank Account Reporting

US Foreign Bank Account Reporting

A US person with a financial interest in, or signature authority or other authority over any financial account in a foreign country with an aggregate value exceeding $10,000 at any time during the year, must report that relationship each year by filing FinCEN Form 114, Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR), electronically with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Your enrolled agent and CPA at Cross-Border Financial Professional Corporation can assist you with filing FBARs.
